With over two decades of expertise in photonics and laser technology, Dr. Annie Xiang has been instrumental in driving innovation at Photodigm since 2012. She has played a key role in the development and execution of the company’s core product lines, leading advancements in precision DBR lasers.
Dr. Xiang earned her Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Rice University, focusing on fiber nonlinearities in long-haul WDM networks. Her impressive career includes groundbreaking contributions to NASA, the DOE, and CERN, along with co-inventing the Extended Mode Hop Free method of DBR manufacturing.
