Regarding Your Purchase From Photodigm.com:

In accordance with Photodigm Inc.'s corporate compliance policy, it is necessary to ensure that our customers understand and abide by all applicable U.S. and international export controls and related laws. Accordingly, we kindly request that your company certify in writing that it is in compliance with the laws and regulations described below.

1. End-Use Statement: The undersigned hereby states that the product(s) purchased from Photodigm Inc. will be used exclusively for the End-User/Customer's internal use.
2. Export Compliance Certification: The undersigned hereby certifies that the products purchased from Photodigm will not be exported, sold, or transferred in violation of:
   • (a) The U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR);
   • (b) Applicable U.S. sanctions and embargo regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury (including but not limited to Burma, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Specially Designated Nationals);
   • (c) Any applicable foreign laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Uses: The products purchased from Photodigm shall not be used for military purposes.
4. Restricted Activities: The undersigned certifies that the products purchased from Photodigm will not be used, directly or indirectly, in connection with:
   • Nuclear activities;
   • Biological or chemical weapons;
   • Missiles, rockets, or unmanned air vehicles.
5. Boycott Compliance: The undersigned acknowledges that Photodigm Inc. is prohibited from participating in or supporting international boycotts of certain foreign countries, including Israel, as mandated by the U.S. Government.
6. Accuracy of Information: The undersigned certifies that all facts, representations, and warranties contained in this statement and in the related Order Acknowledgment are true and correct. The undersigned affirms that they are unaware of any facts that are inconsistent with this statement or the related Order Acknowledgment.
7. Compliance with Laws: The undersigned warrants that it has complied and will continue to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the performance of this order. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.
